Qualitative Benchmarking is one method of Peer Benchmarking that involves using subjective/non-data system sourced data for benchmarking purposes.

Qualitative Benchmarking usually is survey based, using a common email-based survey tool, and asks the receiver to fill out the responses from their perspective.

This is opposed to Quantitative Benchmarking, which is Baromitr’s focus, and relies on system-sourced data and often requires Data Transformation to enable performance insights across contributing Group Members
